Explanation of Fees Other Than the Product Price

Shipping costs, bank transfer fees, and any costs incurred if customs duties are applied. 

Order Validity Period

We will reply with an "Order Confirmation" email no later than 4 days after receiving your order.

At this point, the "Order" is considered established.
If payment is not received within 7 days of the order being established, it will be cancelled.
Please note that if an order is cancelled due to lack of payment or contact after the deadline has passed, we may decline to accept future orders from you. Thank you for your understanding.

To further promote eco-friendly practices, we refrain from enclosing a receipt with shipments.
Until your holding period ends, you will receive several emails regarding your order details. Please keep these as your record.
Additionally, for those who require an official receipt, we can send one separately as a PDF attachment via email. Please contact us if needed. 

Defective Items

As these are old items, please understand that some damage is generally to be expected. It is not possible to note every single flaw.
We do our best to show the condition of items in the photos.
If there is damage clearly different from what was confirmed at the time of order due to an issue during shipping, please contact us within 7 days.
As these are one-of-a-kind items, exchanges are not possible, but we will propose other solutions. 

Quantity Available

All antique and vintage items are one-of-a-kind pieces.
We often receive inquiries asking whether sold-out items are back in stock or if there are plans to restock them. However, since every item is one-of-a-kind, our answer will always be the same: "If we find a similar item, we will list it on the site." After payment confirmation, items are shipped twice a week, on either Tuesday or Friday (whichever is nearest, subject to change).
Delivery takes approximately 10 days to 2 weeks. Payment methods: bank transfer to Japan Post Bank or Rakuten Bank, or credit card payment (PayPal). Payment deadline: within 7 days of the order being established.
