Refund policy

<Cancellation>
If the item has not yet been shipped, you may cancel your order within 3 days of order confirmation. In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers residing in the EU may request cancellation at any time before the item is shipped. Even after payment has been made, we will accept cancellation requests as long as the item has not yet been shipped.

<Returns>

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, we accept returns within 14 days of the item's arrival. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

As all of our items are antiques that have aged over time, they are almost never in brand-new condition. We do our best to describe the condition of each item accurately, but there may be aspects of the condition that we have not noticed. If the item differs significantly from our description, please contact us.

If an item is damaged during shipping, please send us photos of the affected item. Also, if you receive a different item due to an error on our part, please contact us and we will begin the process immediately.

Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Please note that standard outbound shipping fees are eligible for refund.
