Delivery Timing

We ship via DHL or delivengo (la poste). After we confirm your payment, we will ship twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays, whichever is closest (subject to change).
After shipping, if the package is sent by DHL, you will receive an email from DHL with details on the status of your package.

For packages weighing less than 1kg, we may suggest shipping via delivengo, but this increases the risk of loss. We strongly recommend choosing DHL for expensive purchases, even if they are light.

Delivery takes about 5 days for DHL and 1 to 2 weeks for la poste.
