Sanfor is a long-established uniform brand. It is probably for the Netherlands.
The pink piping is somehow fresh. There are shoulder straps and buttons on the shoulders, but these metal buttons are probably not original and were added later by the previous owner. I'll leave them as they are, but it's fine if you remove them. (That might be better.) It's also nice that it opens and closes with buttons. The hem can be closed with a string.
