I thought about shipping costs.

I'm always grateful for your support. I'm so grateful.

I've lamented this a few times on Instagram, but since around 2022, I've been extremely troubled by the rising prices of everything, including energy.

Our store also reviewed our shipping rates once, but to be honest, we were unable to keep up, and now we have once again raised our prices. The biggest reason is the weak yen.

I was worried and compared it with other shipping methods,

As a result, the survey results showed that there was not much difference if you continued to use DHL as before. (Based on our research)

The reason is as follows.

  • Our number one priority when it comes to shipping is a hassle-free delivery. Even if the cost is a little low, it's no good if the item gets lost.
  • And don't underestimate the distribution situation overseas. It's common for a huge number of packages to get lost every day. (France)
  • There are cheaper shipping methods, but if the package arrives late, you can't protest if it's damaged or lost. You can add a guarantee to increase security, but the price will be the same everywhere.

When I look at the cost of shipping from France to Japan (the Petit Packe we used before is not suitable for our store because of size restrictions), the current shipping cost is already a worrying amount, but that is the actual amount now... I thought that's the case.

Of course, we are always experimenting, so there may be sudden changes.

I'm sorry for being so blatant, so candid, and so shamelessly apologetic every time.

I am truly grateful for everyone's support.
