A trip to escape the typhoon - return to France

I returned to Japan for the first time in two years.

Japon has landed.

It took a long time due to modern problems (let's be clear! It's because of the war). .

If you think back, it's a war from Corona. Even though times have moved on,

The distance between us and Japan is not getting any closer.

Like every time, I find myself thinking, ``Wow, this is such a hassle'' until I get home.

As always, the coronavirus is yours to take, so from the day after you arrive, you won't need a negative proof, and to put it the other way around, you'll have to get yourself a negative proof as well! That's what it is.

It was like that from the beginning, but the purpose of my return trip this time was to attend a memorial service for my mother's 15th anniversary.

When we all gathered together and talked with the priest in front of the grave,

(Oh, we live in Kyushu, so we're Shinto priests. It's not a memorial service, it's a festival.)

"What year did you leave? 14 years, already."

fault? Wasn't it 15 years? ? ? It is said that he makes a mistake for a year before everyone realizes it.

Just like that, my mother's memorial service ended one year early.

Together with my father, I went to the countryside of Kagoshima to visit my father's grave, reunited with my cousin for the first time in 30 years, and went on a week-long trip from Kagoshima, where I had said goodbye to my father.

This time I had planned to travel to Kyushu for a week, but as usual, it was the time of year for a major typhoon, so I looked at the weather forecast every day and ended up leaving Kyushu early, thinking, ``No way, he's going to come here tomorrow.'' I left.

Actually saa

I wanted to go around slowly.

In a hurry, by Kagoshima, Kumamoto, and Fukuoka,

Hurry to Kanazawa via Osaka.

Kanazawa wasn't in our plans, but looking at the weather forecast, it seemed like that was the only place that wouldn't be affected by the typhoon.

My friend took me to Noto Peninsula and I went to Ise! Mr. Ise! Mr. Ise looks like a junior high school student. Visit Ise at least once before you die. Mr. Ise.

I was at the Kagura Festival, but it was canceled again due to rain.

However, when I was visiting, it wasn't raining at all.

I ate hitsumabushi in Nagoya and went home.

Every time I traveled this time, I found that the Shinkansen I took was out of service 1 or 2 hours after the train, and I thought about returning to TOKIO even for a moment, but the next day's news showed that TOKIO Even things were going to be amazing.

I only used an umbrella in Kumamoto for an hour, but I think it was a successful trip. September is typhoon season. Really. .

I don't recommend it to foreign tourists.

What I thought and felt this time is

I wear sunscreen, but if it's hot, I'll cut my hair all the way down, and I've already spent my summer vacation in the hot south of France, getting really hot.

Like that, no pickpockets, weird pants. Sometimes I wear a tattered lace blouse.

Since this is my starting point, when I talk to people when I ask them something,

I often received blatantly disgusted looks like, ``What? Some strange person was talking to me...W-what? What?'' And maybe even more so since old age is involved. . Everyone in Japon keeps it clean. It would be nice if she looked like a foreigner when she started out, but she has a distinctly Asian face.

Maybe it was a little sad.

But it can't be helped. Because that's me. . . Huh.

In addition to the trip, my stay in Japan was filled with lots of fun details.

I also got to meet some of my big friends who I spent my youth with. Even though everyone has become older and older, the things we talk about haven't changed, and I realize how precious our friends are.

I have fond memories of my coat being run over and dragged into the middle of a train in front of a comedy concert venue, and my bike saddle being stolen at the local station on the way home. !

I was so disappointed about the incident where my saddle was stolen that I told my dad the next day.

``Does that kind of person exist? But I had it stolen before too, so I stole it from my neighbor and went home.''

“It’s you!!”

After that, I saw my father riding in the back of the truck like a Harley and going to a local bicycle shop to buy a saddle.

It wasn't even a big deal. . I thought.

At the end of my enjoyable stay, I returned to Ofura in the opposite direction, passing through the Arctic Ocean for what felt like an unusually long time, but every time I returned, I didn't get used to the life of Hula right away, and I started learning French... is it? I've only been home for a week, but I'm still feeling very depressed about the weak yen, the unusually high social security system in France, etc.
