This is an outing shirt that little monsieur wore. There is a loop at the back of the neck to put a tie through. It seems that they prepared a slightly larger size for future growth, and the sleeves are folded up and tucked in. So they can be extended. As it is now, it can be worn at about 3/4 length. There is a small stain on the left underarm.
