This is a pale-colored floral embroidery tape. It is lightly sewn onto the backing, and you only need to separate the amount you need. There is a lot of it, so it is sold in 3m increments.
The backing paper has some changes in places, and the motifs may be separated in some places, but this does not affect its use.
