It's a leather box with a handle. It has initials on it, and when you open it, you'll find a brightly colored cushion. It was a case for a sewing kit that contained sewing tools.
It comes with a small key, but I can't actually turn it properly to lock it. The hook inside seems to be a little misaligned. But it does come with a key.
