When you open the back, there are holes for adjusting the time and winding the screw. Please use the small key that comes with it.
I checked that it was working, wound it all the way up, and it's been working for three days now. It makes a nice ticking sound.
The chain was just attached to hold the keys. Please feel free to change it to your favorite one. There are small scratches on the surface and it looks a little cloudy.
